Manages assigned center(s) personally or through subordinates to ensure management/ client objectives/standards are maintained.




      • Monitors timely collection of rents
      • Coordinates and/or initiates tenant improvements
      • Promotes customer traffic and sales through supervision of marketing program
      • Trains, supervises and leads staff
      • Works with Leasing Agent to establish tenant mix objectives and identifies prospective uses
      • Provides financial reports to Landlord and management
      • Prepares annual Business Plan
      • Authorizes purchases; audits and approves accounts payable following Business Plan guidelines
      • Maintains on-site records
      • Maintains appearance, cleanliness and safety of the center including vacant spaces
      • Engages, monitors and coordinates activities of contract services
      • Recommends and implements maintenance repairs for the center
      • Recommends and implements capital improvements    
      • Supervises workplace safety      
      • Represents center in the community
      • Establishes open communication with Landlord representatives, tenants, vendors, community leaders and company staff
      • Plans and conducts business meetings
      • Responds promptly in person to major emergency situations
      • Monitors tenant sales and actively pursues activities to increase sales
      • Administers pertinent local, state and federal laws
      • Recommends legal actions and serve as liaison between Landlord and legal counsel
      • Improves process related to above duties and responsibilities
      • Works extended hours, including weekends, as necessary to achieve the desired results for the portfolio

      • ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Interacts with leasing & marketing professionals, corporate management, property employees, and outside clients.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S) from a four year college or university preferred
  • Management experience required. 5+ years preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Automobile Insurance Coverage
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Meticulous attention to details and accuracy
  • Flexible outlook toward task management.
