Overview

Provides front office support services to the property while exhibiting and maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization that creates a professional and cooperative environment. Completes in a timely manner, tasks assigned by Marketing Director and General Manager and provide clerical support.  

Responsibilities

  • Operates phone system, directs callers to appropriate personnel and take message as needed.
  • Greets all visitors, determines their needs and directs them to appropriate personnel/office.
  • Establishes open communication with Landlord representatives, tenants, vendors, and company staff
  • Handle replenishment of all above supplies and equipment as needed
  • Schedules meetings as directed.
  • Responsible for the regular updating of all tenant contact information.

  • Handles property signage.
  • Coordinates with Maintenance on any related issues and or events.

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • AA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative support
  • Experience in a commercial or retail leasing environment preferred
